[Glace~]

"Oh are you hungry?" Glace looked around him and then back at Maya. He stuck his hand into his pocket and pulled out some cash. "I have enough to buy you lunch. Where do you want to go?"

[Maya]

She held up her hands and shook them.

"Ah! Y-you don't have t-to!" She said quickly, her voice a bit louder than usual. "I-I'm fine, really!"

[Glace~]

Her stomach rumbled again. "I did take you from you home... So i do have to feed you. Its like a date!" He laughed. "Just with no mushy feelings. Haha so where now?" He completely over ruled her and asked her the same question.

[Maya]

Her face got an odd look of defeat and anxiety on it. Her fingers curled into her hands and she looked at the ground again.

"Uhm, I-I'm not p-picky," She said, back in her quiet tone. "A-anywhere you'd l-like I guess."

[Glace~]

"Im not that hungry. So the choice is all yours." He circled her waiting for an answer. wearing a slight smile. "Come on now. Pick a place." ^w^

[Maya]

She shifted nervously and held her hands in front of her.

"U-uhm..." She studdered as she looked at the ground, shying away from his stare. "A-anywhere close that has, uhm, b-burgers?"

[Glace~]

"Alright! Now your talking!" He semi-yelled, excited. "the fair madam wants a hamburger, that can be arranged." He said more calmy this time, leading the way into the streets that got croweded out of no where. "make sure you keep close Maya." He said seriously. "The city is dangerous if you dont know how to handle the roughness." He pulled on her long sleaves, careful enough to not touch her skin and give her the chills more then already was.

[Maya]

Her otherhand fisted itself in his shirt, afraid to loose him in the crowd. He was right after all; she wasn't used to fighting, nor was she ever trained to fight. She wasn't even sure if she'd be able to defend herself if need be. She would stay by Glace, hoping he wouldn't abandon her in a time of need.

She noticed how he was careful not to touch her skin, but there was something that bothered her that she hadn't really thought about until that moment. When he touched her hands earlier, she hadn't gotten a vision, or a flash of an image of any sort. She stealthily moved her hand through her sleeve and found an opening in it. She slid her fingers out to lightly touch his skin. She waited for something, but all that came was cold. She pulled her ahnd back and silently smiled to herself.

Nothing. She had gotten nothing. Which was a good thing for both of them.

[Glace~]

Glaze stopped and stared down at her sleeve. "Oh shxt! Im strechting it!" He quickly released it and grabbed her hand. "Haha sorry." He looked at her stare at his hand in hers. "Dont worry, I wont give you frost bite. Ill cool down." He exhalded deeply as he walked.

[Maya]

She looked up at him, the small smile still unknowingly on her face.

"Hm?" She said, blinking obliviously. She had been very wrapped up in her thoughts to notice that he had been speaking to her after he took her bare hand. The cold actually felt quite nice, and she'd like to feel the natural cold at some point as well. "Oh, no, it's f-fine," She said, only stumbling over her words a little. "I-I've never been outside during the winter, so it's interesting to feel s-something so c-cold..."

[Glace~]

"Ill take you to the mountains next time we ditch class." He smirked. "haha i have to worn you though, its impossible to beat me in any winter sport."

[Maya]

She laughed lightly.

"I-I'm not s-so good at s-sports," She said honestly, her face going back to its scared, uncomfortable look. "I-in face, I'm n-not so good at a-anything physical,"

[Glace~]

"Then maybe I'll have to teach you." He grinned as he dodged a busy passbuyer. He gripped onto Maya's hand a little tighter, making sure that man wouldnt break them apart. Once she was next to him again he apoligized for the few seconds of extra coldness. "So what were we talking about?" he asked again as he check the street name. "A few more blocks and we'll be in a burger joint."

[Maya]

She shyly smiled at him and nodded. Her hand was starting to numb, but she was just happy she could touch someone's flesh without getting visions. Her fingers could fall off with frost bite for all she cared, she didn't want to let go.

"I-I'm surprised," She whispered to herself, not realizing that Glace had heard her.

[Glace~]

"Surprised about what?" he asked as he tagged her along the sidewalk, advoidind more and more people. He switched her hands by walking on the other side of her, not wanting to freeze the girl to death.
