City..

[Maya]

She nodded and looked in the opposite direction. She took her trash and slid out of the booth, throwing it away. When she turned around again, Glace was out of the booth as well. She looked at the ground again and waited for him to pass her. She was sure that once they got back to the Hive, he would start ignoring her again. And though she knew that's what she wanted at the moment, she didn't want to stop seeing him completely. She liked talking o him and being with him, he was her first and only friend, she didn't want to lose him.

[Glace~]

He pushed the door open with his shoulder, even touching glass made it instantly shudder. The streets were semi empty so there was no need to hold Maya's hand this time around. He felt as if what happened back there scared maya. She was giving him the cold shoulder. To Glace, he was constantly being talked to, so the silence was making him uneasy. He just stared at his quickly banaged hand.

[Maya]

"Uhm," she said finaly, though she quickly regretted it because the question she had wanted to ask him seemed very stupid and childish. Though it would be nice to know a few other things as well, she would never dare ask them either.

[Glace~]

"Hmmm?" He looked at her. "Something on your mind?"

[Maya]

"W-well, I..." She glanced up at him quickly, only to look back down when she realized he was looking at her. She grabbed the hem of her shirt tightly. "I-I was wondering i-if, uhm," She couldn't finnish her question. She felt so socialy akward, which she was, but so much so with Glace that it made her feel stupid. She swallowed the lump in her throat and gathered the courage for the last few words. "I-if you'd c-come see me...?"

[Glace~]

He blinked before answering with a chuckle. "Of course. Ill bust you out of wherever you want. haha"

[Maya]

She kept her gaze averted from his as she did something out of her norm once again. She reached forward and gently grabbed his arm, hugging it to her body. She rested her cheek on his bicep and faced away from him, so he couldn't see much of her face.

"P-promise?" She hugged a little tighter, the warmth of her body washing over his skin.

[Glace~]

"Always and forever." He smiled. "Im glad I broke your shyness. Youre not as flustered as before. Im going to miss that," he sighed, "it was cute." he laughed.

[Maya]

And as soon as he mentioned it, her face went beat red again, blood painfully beating into her cheeks. She let go of his arm and looked at the ground.

"I-I, uhm..." She felt like she was shrinking under his gaze. "I-I'm sorry..."

[Glace~]

"For what?" He walked with his fingers flexing in the air. Each time he moved them, small bits of snowflakes fell to the cement. He made them small so they would melt quickly, but it was still very graceful.

[Maya]

she shrugged timidly.

"I-I don't know..." She said honestly. "I just f-felt like I n-needed to apologise." She watched the snow flakes with great interest. She stuck her hand beneath his unconciously to catch them in order to get a better look at them. She pulled her hand back only to find that they were only droplets of water now.

[Glace~]

"Glace grabbed her hand and stopped her in her tracks. He formed a beautiful snowflake in her palm that glittered when the sunlight hit it just right. It seemed to change colors and desolve the akwardness between the two. "I forgot, you said you havent seen real snow. I hope this snokeflake would do." he said snowflake, but his creation looked to be more of a jewel.

[Maya]

Her eyes widened with wonder at the beauty of the complexity of something that was simply frozen water. She couldn't take her eyes off of it, the way it glittered in the sun and changed colors smoothly over it's surface. She glanced away for one moment to see he was still holding her hand and she was instantly aware of the cold. But her thoughts once again wandered to if he could feel her warmth at all, or if everything was cold to him. She looked back at the snowflake and blushed.

"Uhm..." She said quietly. "A-am I warm...?" She asked, embarrassed.

[Glace~]

He looked at her and noticed her bluch, he chuckled at the scene. He remembered her question, and answered it quickly before she noticed he was just staring at her. "Yeah. I can feel your thermoal energy. When you blush like you are now, I can feel it stronger." He laughed as she was startled at his words. "Its not very hot though. I feel your heat very low. My brother on the other hand, would be able to tell your heat level quickly. When I can tell how cold you are."

[Maya]

She shook her head, her face becoming warmer.

"N-no," She studdered, "I m-mean does my heat m-make you warm e-even a little?" She kept her eyes fixed on the ice, even though she wasn't really studying it. She just needed to keep her face averted from his.
